A description of the school system in Chile. Description of the school uniform

Chile has three kinds of education system: municipal, subsidized and private. In the last one, any person who wants to study there, have to pay for this service. In the case of municipal education and the subsidized one, is the State who pay for the persons who studied in this kind of school.

Sometimes, the payday for the Municipal and Subsidized education is too poor and that means a bad education for this students. One example of that, is the bad conditions of some schools. Many of there haven’t the minimum conditions to educate. Two years ago, this situation leads a group of students to start a demonstration in rejection for the system of education in Chile. In the time of that demonstration, the schools were closed because the students took them. Before a lot of negotiations with the State, the students finished the strike and return to the classes.

In the case of uniform, the men have a blue or whit shirt and gray pants. The shoes are dark blue or black. The girls have more than one uniform, but the usual is with a dark blue jumper, a white shirt and sometimes with a tie. The shoes are dark blue.

Chile has different types of education, private and public. The uniform is not the same in all schools. Some girls use a skirt, a t-shirt or white socks. But the common uniform is the jumper, a blue dress, with blue socks and black shoes.

I have lucky and I studied in a private and German school, where I had good teachers and a lot of friends. The Thomas Morus School, give me the tools to be the person that I’m now.

In my years like a student, I wear jumper, a uniform that a lot of school in the country use. Is blue and the people can choose the large of them. The socket that I use are blue too and the shoes black. I liked the jumper because was comfortable and simple.

My school was not so strict, so I can use a pink bag, flower on my hair or ring. I played volleyball for nine year, so sometimes I wear snickers with my uniform and the teacher never said anything to me.
